Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel and/or return your order. After a short time, it may have been processed, and you won’t be able to immediately cancel it. You can, however, return your items for refund or store credit, minus any shipping and handling cost. Return shipping will be at buyers expense.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally. Just be sure to check that the items you are ordering will clear customs in your country.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS, UPS, DHL and other shipping carriers worldwide. You will be able to select the best carrier for your specific countries to make sure your package arrives in time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Once payment has been made, 99% of all orders leave our fulfillment center within 1-2 days.

How long does shipping take?

Our average shipping time is 2-7 business days depending on your location. 

 Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand: 7-20 business days.

European countries: 7-25 business days.

Asian countries: 7-25 business days.

Rest of the world: 7-30 business days.


DELIVERY

How do I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number after your purchase within 1-3 business days. Please check your spam folder if you have not received tracking in 3 days.

Are all my items shipped together?

It depends on the products you ordered. Since we offer a variety of products sometimes your items may come with different packages. A tracking number will be provided for each package.


RETURNS


What is your return policy?

You are fully covered and protected by our 5-day return policy for a refund or credit. Return shipping will be at buyers expense and the refund/credit will be minus the buyers shipping and handling charges.

What do I do if I receive a defective product?

If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 5 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement. We may request return of the defective item. Shipping of said item will be arranged. Sometimes we will put you in touch with the manufacturer who may send a replacement.
